Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

If StudioCut Pro is not right for you, email support@studiocut.ai within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. This covers monthly and annual subscriptions. No explanation required.

How to request one

• Email support@studiocut.ai from the address on your account.
• Include the licence key or the order reference from your receipt.
• We process refunds within two business days; your bank may take a few more.

After a refund

The associated licence key is revoked and Pro features return to Free on your next app launch. Projects you already exported are unaffected and remain yours.

Renewals

Cancel any time from your account page to stop future renewals. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds where a licence has been shared publicly or used in breach of the terms of service.
